The best way to reach Pandaespark is by email at hello@pandaespark.online. We're a small team and we don't have a phone line staffed for calls, but email gets a real reply from a real person — usually within 48 hours on business days. If you're reaching out with a topic suggestion, it helps to tell us a little about your space: city, whether you rent or own, the main constraint you're working around (square footage, light, budget). That context lets us give you a more useful response and sometimes inspires the next article. If you found a factual error in something we published, please flag it — we'd rather know and fix it than let bad advice stay live. We're based in Edmonton and we keep Monday-to-Friday hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST.

Questions we get asked a lot
Do you offer one-on-one decorating consultations?
Not at the moment. Pandaespark is a blog, not a design studio. Everything we know is published here, and it's free to read. If you have a specific question about applying our advice to your space, email us — we'll do our best to point you toward the right article.
Can I submit photos of my space for a feature?
Yes, and we love getting them. Send your before-and-after shots to hello@pandaespark.online with a short note about what you changed and what it cost. Reader transformations are some of our most-read content, and credit always goes to you.
Do you work with brands or accept sponsored posts?
No. We don't run sponsored content, affiliate links, or paid product placements. Our recommendations are based on our own experience. This is a deliberate choice and one we're not planning to revisit.
I tried something from your blog and it didn't work in my home. What now?
That's genuinely useful feedback, and we'd like to hear it. Natural light, ceiling height, and wall colour all affect outcomes in ways a photo can't fully show. Email us the specifics and we'll either help you troubleshoot or, if our original advice was flawed, update the article.
